As cool as this build is & as much as I like it. I kinda wish you would have just went big single turbo j series with an air to air intercooler considering its suppose to be your first drift car. It just seems a little over the top for your first drift car especially with the turbos sticking out of the hood. Dont know how practical an air to water intercooler is for hotlapping considering you'll have to be icing the water tank up all the time. But what do I know. Just wish it was a simple & clean.

Try Vs racing they sell the reverse mirrored turbos for pretty cheap.

Oven cleaner will take that gunk off in a few minutes. Apply it then pressure wash after 3 minutes

why no intercooler ?

The left in the vid but in the car it would be passenger side the turbo has something wrong it stops spinning way before the other one does

S14 is clean 😍

It’s expensive but if you replace a lot of your main bolts to the chassis with self locking nuts and aircraft grade bolts you will find that things often stay tight. It’s the resonance at certain rpms that back nuts off. Just having 20 or so inch pounds of friction is enough to stop that from happening. Castle nuts with cotter pins are also another good solution. I build experimental aircraft.

Ya. I was focused on the driver side turbo, I didn’t notice they weren’t mirror image. Now that you said something you can see how weird it looks, you shouldn’t have said anything!

Sound and looks like one of the impellers is hitting the housing in the left turbah🤔

One big slow spooling turbo would help keep mr2 on all 4
